Food For Thought

Meals & miles go hand and hand. How you fuel and replenish your tank effects your engine and performance more then anything else. Take a look into my kitchen where I will prepare some of my favorite recipes. Like fitness, nutrition is not a one size fits all principle. You will discover that I enjoy a gluten free/dairy limited lifestyle but I will never deprive myself to what my body is craving. You will also quickly come to realize I am no top chef, my meals are super simple, often pack with a ton of nutrients, and very rarely picture perfect.
