the WHEY better pb smoothie


Ingredients:
- half a cup of crushed ice
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or cocount milk
- 1 tbspn glutamine
- 2 tbspn pb powder
- 1 heaping scoop vanilla WHEY
- 1 tbspn flax
- 1 tbspn CHIA
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Serves about 16oz
