STEP 1: DREAM
Done. Been dreaming of this race since even before I became a "runner."
Step 2: BELIEVE
Running, such a mental game, however with alittle faith and alot of hard work, the body will achieve what the mind believes.
Step 3: ACHIEVE
12 weeks. 72 workouts. 12 rest days. And a ton of mental and physical prep in between. I've got this.
