BananaWama Paleo Pancakes


Perfect for a sweet but light, easy to make, pre-workout carb fix. They are a blend of total healthieness: the almond milk contains a ton of calcium, banana is great for potassium, egg whites for protein, and PB powder adds flavor and good fats. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1 banana

2 egg whites

2 tbs PB2 peanut butter powder

Directions:

Mix in the coconut milk, egg whites, and PB.

Mash in the banana.

Put it all together and grill on the griddle.

Serve warm.
