Healthy Spiced Oatmeal
A healthy bowl of macros (carbs, fat + protein) mixed all together to pre-fuel one nutty day. And the secret ingredient: Wild Friend's Pumpkin Spiced PB to add flavor, protein, texture and spice up any oatmeal.
1 cup water
½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Wild Friends Pumpkin Spiced PB
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Chopped Pecans
Bring water, 1 cup almond milk, and pinch of salt to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Add oats and PB, cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 3-5 minutes.
Let oatmeal stand for 1 minute before topping with dry PB and chopped pecans.
