Banana Macha Green Smoothie


Ingredients:

- half cup of crushed ice

- 2 cups unsweetened almond, coconut or cashew milk

- 3 tbsp hemp protein

- 2 tbsn PB2 peanutbutter powder

- 1 tbsp maca powder

- 1 tsp Chlorella

- 1 tbsp glutamine (only necessary post workout)

- 1 tbsp CHIA seeds

- 1 banana

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Serves about 16oz.
