PB Chocolate Protein Balls

There is no better combination than banana, peanut butter and chocolate, am I right or am I right!?
These bite sized delights are protein packed, chocolate flavored, guilt free and so easy to make.
Perfect for an after dinner sweet tooth craving or post-workout insulin boost, enjoy them any time, any where.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1 scoop Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 bananas
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of steel cut oats, 1/4 cup flax seeds and 1 scoop of protein powder.

Add in 1 tsp vanilla extract, banana(s), 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips. Make sure all ingredients are well integrated. Note: you may need to use more then one banana depending on consistency.

Form small balls by hand and place on a baking sheet or large plate.
Place in refrigerator or freezer to firm up (approximately 15-20 minutes). I prefer them frozen for a sweeter taste.
