Pumpkin Spiced Banana "Ice Cream"
No tricks, just treats with this one, just 3 simple gluten free/dairy free ingredients..
Check it out
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- Optional toppings: i.e. dairy free chocolate, almonds or fruit
1. Put ingredients into blender or food processor
2. Blend up for about 2-3 minutes
3. Top with whatever you'd like and BOOM you are done :)
Note: If you like your ice cream thicker rather then a creamier consistency, put in freezer for about an hour to solidify.
